I believe sleep is a skill that can be gently taught with the right support, consistency, and understanding. My approach focuses on helping families create calm, predictable rhythms while identifying and removing sleep associations that may be making it harder for their child to fall asleep independently.
I work closely with parents to create a plan that feels both practical and aligned with their values—because every child and every family is different. Throughout the process, I offer guidance, encouragement, and hands-on support so parents feel confident and equipped, not overwhelmed.
My goal isn’t just better sleep (though that comes), but helping families experience more peaceful bedtimes, less stress, and a deeper sense of confidence in how they care for their child. I want families, as a whole, to really rest and thrive!
