Gradual, responsive, structured and evidence-based method that guides babies toward independent sleep without ever using cry-it-out. I work 1:1 with families to build a fully bespoke plan starting with understanding the root cause of the sleep struggles, whether that's feeding mechanics, pain-based waking, or sleep associations — before gradually and responsively introducing new settling cues at a pace that suits the baby. Parents are fully supported throughout, staying close and present at every step, with three weeks of daily WhatsApp contact so the plan can be adjusted in real time as the baby responds.
