I always try to meet a family where they are because every family is different than every child is different. Each family completes a questionnaire where I write a very detailed step-by-step sleep plan and then we go over the plan together on a 60 minute call. I support families for three weeks with unlimited daily communication and three check-in phone calls and then continuing support once we are done with our program. I follow safe, sleep as recommended by the AAP. And I like to think outside the box because each situation is unique.
My philosophy
Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity and sleep training doesn't mean you have to give up your snuggles or sanity or leaving baby to cry alone. I meet families where they are with judgment-free, evidence-based, and personalized support to help families get the sleep they need.
