I like to take a parent-led approach where each step of the plan revolves around the rhythm and desires of your home. Your lifestyle and goals won't be the same as another family, so I want to listen to you and tailor the plan to meet your needs so that your child's sleep improves night by night to create the rest needed to approach a new day. Good sleep changes lives!

Chelsea was an absolute godsend for our family! I hadn't slept for more than a 4 hour stretch since our son was born and he was 13 months old when we hired Chelsea. The only way we could put him to sleep was either in the car or nursing him to sleep. Within a week he was putting himself to sleep and within 2 weeks he was sleeping 9+ hours through the night! She was so supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process and really helped ease our anxieties around sleep training. She's incredibly thorough and does such a good job at tailoring to your families wants and needs. Her kindness and compassion shows through her dedication to helping families as a doula, and as a sleep consultant!
If you think a sleep consultant is a luxury only for people with nannies and unlimited time, I’m here to tell you I was wrong. Working with Chelsea has been the single best investment we’ve made for our 11-week-old (and our own sanity). Coming into this, I was overwhelmed. I’m heading back to work, my baby will be in daycare, and the unpredictable naps and wake-ups were wearing us thin. Here is why her approach actually works: It’s Sleep "Shaping," Not Training: Because our son is so young, she focused on biological rhythms and gentle "shaping" rather than rigid training. She taught us the "sit and stare" and "shush-pat" methods that actually respect an infant’s development. We went from "how do we do this?" to a baby who now hits consistent 7-hour stretches (9 PM – 4 AM) and—to my absolute shock—has even started putting himself to sleep independently. She didn't just give us a schedule; she gave us a toolkit for "damage control" on those hard days, teaching us how to be flexible and follow his cues. She checks in every single morning. She celebrates the wins and troubleshoots the hurdles (like stuffy noses or illnesses) in real-time. It felt like having a coach in my back pocket. My biggest takeaway? This was as much about training us as it was the baby. I learned that perfection isn’t the goal—consistency and progress are. She fine-tuned every piece of advice to fit our specific family’s needs and work schedules. If you’re on the fence, do it. You aren’t just buying a sleep plan; you’re buying the confidence to handle whatever sleep hurdles come your way.
Chelsea has helped with both of my children overcoming milestones in their sleep. She started by helping my 6 month old know how to put himself to sleep without me having to breastfeed or rock him to sleep before laying him down. Now I can easily just go and lay him in his bed and he rolls over and puts himself to sleep on his own! After a couple of months of this routine my son was sleeping through the night by 8 months old. She also helped with my daughter who is almost 2. My daughter was able to put herself to sleep on her own and was sleeping through the night until she suddenly developed a separation anxiety (which I've heard is common at her age). She was absolutely terrified of napping and sleeping alone and would only sleep soundly if she was in bed with us. This became tiresome for my husband and I because we were also in the process of sleep training our 6 month old. Needless to say I was just exhausted. However Chelsea helped my daughter overcome her fear of sleeping in her room and within a week and a half she was back to putting herself to sleep and sleeping through the night! Chelsea was so kind and encouraging and I highly recommend her for those who are sleep deprived and both you and your child NEED SLEEP! I know many moms think that sleep training is only the cry it out method but Chelsea used other techniques for our children that worked wonderfully.
