Crystal Navarro Sedore

Hi! I'm Crystal, the owner and founder of Rest Within Reach Pediatric Sleep Consulting. I am committed to guiding your family's sleep through every stage: from prenatal through postpartum to preschool. By using a client-lead approach, families will be met where they are and coached through sleep training methods that best align with their parenting style and comfort levels with the goal of establishing independent sleep habits within their littles. Because everyone deserves (and needs) a good night's rest, I serve expecting moms by helping them understand what to expect out of newborn sleep and how to prepare for the "4th trimester" after baby arrives as well as postpartum mamas and families with littles aged newborn (0) to preschool (6y) using a Personalized, Evidence based, Parent-Lead approach. I believe support shouldn't end at birth. Rest is within reach!

Frequent Night Waking
9-month old was waking up every 2 hours at night often requiring feeds to get back to sleep. Mom wanted to reduce night wakings down to at least 1. Over a 2-week time frame, we implemented a plan that felt good to her and baby was sleeping through the night with the occasional 1 wake up by night 3.
Toddler Transition
2.5 year old boy was no longer in a crib and was transferred to a floor bed in a new room. He required that dad lay next to him at bedtime. Dad would sneak away once he was asleep, but when he realized dad was no longer there, the process repeated...all night long. During the course of 2 weeks, we implemented a plan of action that felt right for the family and before our time was up, he was able to fall asleep on his own, in his bed, in his new room and sleep through the night.

I super recommend Crystal. She's very good to work with. She gave me few directions but also respected my feelings and preferences, even that her philosophy is that co-sleeping is not safe, she respected that this is importante to my family and guided me through my options considering my choice. She also explained with lots of knowledge the psychology behind the actions and phases. I felt very seen, heard and validated! Thank you Crystal 🙏❤️ Sourced from Facebook.

I was so sure my baby was 'broken', since he started waking up every 1-2 hours soon after he turned 5 months. He just decided one day that he did not like his Snoo bassinet anymore and he would wake up & wail each time we set him down in it. In a desperate attempt to stay sane, we started co-sleeping with our LO. It was not part of our plan and I didn't want to resort to co-sleeping but we really didn't know what else to do. Even with co-sleeping, he still woke up 5+ times each night to cry -- I'd have to rock or nurse him to sleep at each wake. This lasted about 3-4 weeks until I reached my wits' end; my son's pediatrician gave me a pamphlet about Crystal's sleep services and I reached out to have a Zoom consultation. Best decision I have made so far as a first time mom. ChatGPT and online articles can kind of guide you on how to to start sleep training but, as first time parents, my husband really didn't know how to approach things. I had so much anxiety letting my LO "cry it out". We didn't have the confidence to begin the sleep training process on our own. Crystal gave us the confidence and "held our hand" through the sleep training, in a sense. Night1 was rough because it did take quite a bit of crying until my LO fell asleep on his own but after that... wow. He was sleeping through the night without ANY middle of the night check-ins since that very first night. My baby really had it in him to learn how to sleep on his own but Crystal reassured us we just needed to give him the space to succeed. She definitely is there to talk you off a ledge when the first couple days are rough. Tackling naps was a challenge too, since my baby ONLY did contact naps. She's helped us through all of that as well and I now only have to do a contact nap if I need to "rescue" a short nap (which is pretty rare!). If this situation seems similar to yours, book Crystal. She's very insightful and knowledgable about her field. She responds quickly, especially during the critical first few days. I didn't think my baby could be sleeping well on his own by the end of the 2 weeks, but I was proven wrong. I'm starting to feel like I have my old life back again. Sourced from Bornbir.

Crystal was amazing and I'm pleased with her services. She was able to help me creat a sleep schedule that worked with my schedule and my babies specific needs. Crystal has a quick response time and is available so frequently. She was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me in harder moments of the process. Having my baby now be able to put her self to sleep peacefully has made a huge difference in my day to day life. I highly recommend Crystal! Sourced from Bornbir.

Crystal was passionate, dedicated and determined towards helping our twins sleep independently and have a stable and consistent schedule. Even in the beginning when we had our worries, she cheered us on and believed in our twins' potential. Our twins are both now sleeping through the night on their own at an early time. She really works with you to understand how to navigate the sleep plan and the sleep schedule that she sets up. Sourced from Bornbir.

Crystal was amazing to work with! We are even still in touch because she is so personable and easy to talk to! When it came to sleep training I was not feeling very confident.. I was in the middle of the horrible 4 month sleep regression (which came early for my son), and wasn't sure it was the right thing to do! Once speaking to Crystal I had the confidence to move forward. She listened to my concerns and really made the plan tailored perfectly for my son. We reached my goals completely in only 3 days! I am so glad that I had Crystal to help me through this process and get my son sleeping *like a baby*! Highly recommend!! Sourced from Facebook.

Crystal was an absolute game-changer for our family. From the very beginning, she struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth—always approachable, genuinely caring, and easy to communicate with. Her knowledge and expertise are immediately evident. She took the time to understand our situation in detail and provided a clear, structured plan that was both practical and effective. What really stood out was her efficiency: within a short time, we started seeing real, meaningful improvements in our baby's sleep. Beyond the results, Crystal was incredibly supportive throughout the process. She made herself available for questions, reassured us when we had doubts, and adjusted recommendations as needed with confidence and precision. If you're looking for a sleep consultant who is professional yet friendly, highly knowledgeable, and truly effective, I cannot recommend Crystal enough. THANKS CRYSTAL! Sourced from Bornbir.

Crystal is absolutely amazing! 5 stars!!!!! I am a first time mom and when it came to sleep training I was absolutely lost. I needed guidance, support, and education on baby sleep and that is exactly what Crystal provided for us. She really helped me understand and give me the confidence to complete sleep training. I use to have rock my son to sleep for every nap and hold him the entire time. Now he falls asleep independently on his own in his crib in his own room! I finally have some time to my self during naps to do whatever I need to do. It's amazing! I can't thank Crystal enough for her help and support through this. She. Truly became such a great friend during this process as well! We are so great full to have found Crystal. If you are looking for some help, we 100% recommend Crystal. Sourced from Facebook.

Five stars aren't enough for the peace of mind we finally have! When we started working with Crystal, our 9-month-old was struggling to sleep through the night and couldn't settle in her crib without significant help. Now, she is sleeping through the night in her crib and—most importantly—falling asleep completely on her own. What really set Crystal apart was her incredible patience. We were definitely "those" clients who went back and forth on the approach several times and asked the same questions over and over again, but she never once made us feel rushed or judged. She stayed consistent, supportive, and adjusted the plan until it felt right for our family. If you're on the fence or feeling overwhelmed, do yourself a favor and book her. It is truly life-changing to have a well-rested baby (and parents!). Sourced from Bornbir.
