Danielle Greene

I’m Danielle, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, former first-grade teacher, and mom of two.

My background in child development and social-emotional learning is what sets my approach apart. When I work with your family, I’m not just thinking about sleep science. I’m thinking about your whole child and your whole family.

I’m certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management and believe every family deserves a plan that actually fits their life. That’s why I use a client-led approach: I’ll never tell you there’s one right method. Instead, I walk you through all age-appropriate sleep training options, help you choose what aligns with your parenting style, and guide you through implementation in real time.

I offer nationwide virtual support for families with children ages 10 weeks through 10 years. For families in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area, I also provide in-home overnight support for babies 3 to 12 months, where I’m right there with you through the night.

Whatever your situation, you won’t have to figure this out alone.
My philosophy

Sleep training doesn’t have to mean going against your instincts. I help families find an approach they feel good about and guide them through it in real time.

A 3.5-month-old was waking every 2 hours to feed through the night. Mom was exhausted and hadn’t had a night to herself since he was born. We worked together on a sleep plan that fit their family, and the results came quickly. By night 2 he was down to one feeding. By night 3 he slept through the night and had to be woken at 7am. On night 4, grandma put him to bed without any issues while his parents went on their first date night since his birth. Catnaps that had been lasting 20 to 30 minutes stretched into 90-minute naps. Mom said it best: “He has been a different baby since all of this. He barely cries anymore because he isn’t overtired. And I’m going to bed when I want to, not because I have to. I was even able to take care of myself this morning during his nap and watch TV!!”
A 3-year-old was refusing to stay in her bed at night. Bedtime had become a 2-hour battle that ended only when a parent was lying with her until she fell asleep, and by 3am she was in her parents’ bed. Her family was running on empty and the nights felt endless. Together we worked on gently weaning her from the dependencies she had built around her parents’ presence at bedtime, all while keeping her feeling safe and loved throughout the process. With consistency and clear, caring boundaries, things shifted quickly. By night 3 she was falling asleep within 15 minutes. By the end of week one she was drifting off completely on her own, no one in the room, no battle at the door. Bedtime became something the whole family could finally breathe through.
