I believe sleep should feel restorative for your baby, and for you. I believe bedtime doesn’t have to be a battle. It can be a beautiful connection. Calm, and even something you look forward to. I believe in the magic of the little moments, the snuggles before sleep, the quiet coffee before the house wakes, the feeling of finally thriving, and not just surviving. Because sleep training shouldn’t feel overwhelming or full of guilt. It should feel clear, supported, and aligned with your family so you can move through your days with more ease, more joy, and the confidence that your family is truly thriving. That’s why I do what I do now! I want to take the guesswork, guilt, and overwhelm out of sleep training.
