I’m a responsive baby and toddler sleep coach based in South West London. I am passionate about educating and supporting families to make positive changes to their little ones’ sleep.

My expertise is working with newborns through to 4 year olds. Providing guidance on sleep challenges from short naps, night wakes, early wakes, routines, self settling, reflux to dropping naps and cot to bed transition.

With my parent led approach I will also give you confidence along the way.
My philosophy

I take a holistic view of anything that may be affecting your little one’s sleep, from comfort and sleep environment to daytime routine and settling patterns, before creating a bespoke plan tailored to your goals, parenting style and your child’s temperament. My approach is always responsive, and I do not use the cry it out method.

4-Month Regression
6 month old twins with frequent night waking (5 + per night) and naps that were inconsistent. They wanted to drop down to 1 night feed with no other wakes and have a daytime routine that fit around their toddler too. Within a week one of the twins was sleeping through, the other was waking for one feed and after another week she dropped this. They started consistently napping 3 times a day and the routine was flexible enough to incorporate school drop off and pick up around their eldest.
Toddler Transition
2.5 year old waking multiple times in the night as well as waking early around 4/5am. We tweaked his nap and bedtime on nursery and non nursery days to ensure he was tired enough but not too tired for him to fall asleep at bedtime. Over a few weeks using a gradual retreat settling method as well as lots of emotional support he was sleeping through and waking past 6am and happy relaxing in his cot in the morning.

Gemma has given me advice and guidance a couple of times, and both times it been amazing and absolutely spot on. When my little one was going through a horrible illness (at about the 18 months) which massively disrupted her sleep, Gemma was able to rule out so many things and then gave us the confidence to persist with sleep coaching to get her back into a routine. It worked a treat. Gemma helped us transition our 7mo to her cot and helped us to teach her to self settle. Before working with Gemma we were in a cycle of rocking our little one to sleep for all sleeps and having multiple night wakes. Since working with Gemma, we have successfully transitioned our little one to her cot, ditched the dummy and taught her to self settle! Our little one now settles herself to sleep in her cot, pram and in the car (unheard of before!). Most nights she sleeps happily from 7pm through to 6/7am with only one wake for feeding. Gemma took the time to understand our goals, which included having some naps on the go, not ditching all night feeding until we felt our little one was ready and gave responsive, holistic advice to help us achieve these. We can’t recommend Gemma enough! She has completely transformed our 8-month-old’s sleep and our confidence as parents. Gemma has been truly amazing! With her invaluable help and support our 4 month old baby Otto has gone from waking sometimes up to 10 times a night to waking just once or twice. We honestly cannot believe it as before reaching out to Gemma improving his sleep felt so unachievable. We reached out to Gemma a few weeks ago as we were really struggling with our little boy's sleep. He wasn't napping, was waking regularly throughout the night and we saw 5AM starts (if not earlier) every day.
