My methods are evidence based and rooted in the science of infant and childhood sleep, meeting each baby/child where they are developmentally. My approaches are all parent-present, rather than simply a “cry it out” approach. My newborn sleep shaping program focuses on gentle guidance towards healthy sleep habits that maintains a secure attachment.
