Heather was truly incredible to work with. She supported me and my family even before our son was born — helping us prepare for the sleep changes ahead, understand what to expect, and feel confident going into parenthood. Once we started sleep training together, she made sure we always felt comfortable, supported, and never alone in the process. Even after our formal time together “ended,” Heather was still available for questions, guidance, and reassurance whenever I reached out. Our son went from being a full contact napper to genuinely loving his own bed and sleep routine, and that transformation felt impossible before working with her. She gave our family such an incredible gift: great sleep, confidence, and a routine that truly changed our daily lives for the better. We are so grateful for her!
Heather was an absolute wonder to work with! After more than two years of testing, evaluations, sleep studies, and advice from medical professionals, Heather was the first specialist who we felt truly saw our child as a whole individual and created a plan customized for him and our family. Our son is a sensory-seeking, neurodivergent 6-year-old who had been diagnosed with “pediatric sleep insomnia,” and we were told it was “just behavioral.” In just four weeks with Heather, we saw significant progress—from multiple lengthy middle-of-the-night wakeups to independent sleep onset and sleeping 10–11 hours straight. We appreciated Heather’s OT background, her parent guidance, her step-by-step texting support, and her resources. We felt supported and seen by Heather, and her approach worked for us and for our son. The independence and confidence he has gained from sleeping through the night has not only given him (and us) the rest we so desperately needed, but has also helped him feel more confident and independent at school and throughout his day. We highly recommend working with Heather and Night Night Sleep Consulting! Thank you! Sourced from Google Reviews.
Our son was around 8 months old when we connected with Heather regarding our son’s sleeping. He wasn’t napping well and nighttime was definitely a struggle. Heather was there every step of the way to support us while we sleep trained our son and encouraged us to keep going when we faltered. Our son is 4 now and we still reach out to Heather with questions and advice, and she never steers us wrong. We owe it all to her!
Before working with Heather, we were completely exhausted. My toddler has sensory processing differences, and sleep had always been a struggle. Traditional sleep advice never felt like the right fit for him, and I was nervous about approaches that would overwhelm his nervous system. Heather’s OT background is what made me reach out. She understood immediately that my son needed gentle, supportive structure — not a one-size-fits-all plan. She took his sensory needs into account and created a thoughtful, calm approach that felt safe and doable for our family. The results have been incredible. Bedtime is predictable, night wakings have significantly decreased, and most importantly, my son is more regulated and confident in his ability to fall back asleep. Our entire household feels calmer. Heather was supportive, responsive, and truly invested in our success. If you have a child with sensory differences and feel unsure where to start with sleep, she is absolutely the person you want on your team.
It's been about five months since we worked with Heather and I can truly say that it has been the absolute best thing we have done for our family. Our story is like many: lying with kids until they fell asleep, feeling trapped and resentful, kids coming in the bed during the night, sometimes pretty cute and cozy but mostly being kicked and elbowed, multiple wakeups and poor sleep all around. A sleep consultant was never something we thought we should spend money on.... but when we had our 3rd kid we really could not continue the way things were going. We had no plan and we knew we alone could not get ourselves out of the place we were in. Our oldest was 8, our middle 2, and a 4 month old baby. I thought, man...if this works... I'm honestly struggling to find the words to express how different things are now. All three kids fall asleep on their own in their beds and sleep there all night until morning. To many, that may seem normal, but if you know, you know. All Heather asked for from us was consistency, which we knew we could provide. She was right on our wavelength from the beginning, and always available and knowledgable and encouraging. It was also fun feeling we were on a team with her. Though we never met in person, we felt she understood our situation and knew/understood our kids and their resective needs. She always seemed to go above and beyond in a way that showed how passionate she is about what she does! Now I won't say it was easy. It was a LOT of changes for all of us in a short time. But Heather kept us on track through the ups and downs! I would hire her every 6 months if I needed to - just to hold on to what we have now: happy, more confident and rested kids who like their sleep space and like their routine and now feel safe at night, and happy, sane parents who now have TIME at night - to clean, to watch tv, to talk, to shower, to get ready for the next day. After working with Heather I feel that our family has more honesty, directness and trust and we as parents are better leaders. Heather, we cannot thank you enough for what you helped us accomplish here! I wish you all the blessings, and may you continue to help families the way you have helped our family.
