Hi, I'm Holly! I'm a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, NICU Registered Nurse, Certified Newborn and Pediatric Sleep Specialist, and mom of four with over 15 years of experience caring for infants and children. I've spent my career helping families through some of the earliest stages of parenthood and have seen how deeply sleep affects a child's development and a family's well-being. When one of my own daughters struggled with sleep, I found myself searching for answers too. That experience inspired me to pursue specialized training in pediatric sleep so I could combine my clinical experience with practical, compassionate support for families.
I believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution for sleep. Every child is unique, which is why I take a gentle, personalized, and evidence-based approach. Rather than focusing solely on teaching independent sleep, I look at the whole picture—including your child's temperament, development, feeding, environment, medical history, sleep environment, and your family's goals—to create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your parenting values.
I love working with families from the newborn stage through early childhood, whether you're navigating frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime struggles, early morning wakings, sleep regressions, or simply looking to build healthy sleep foundations. My goal is to help your family achieve better sleep while preserving the connection and responsiveness that matter most to you, so everyone can thrive.
My philosophy
I believe better sleep doesn't have to come at the expense of connection. Together, we'll create a personalized, evidence-based plan that supports your child's unique needs while honoring your family's values and comfort level.
