Jacael Wallace

I take a supportive, individualized approach with new clients. I start by really listening and understanding the family’s current routine, challenges, and goals before offering any recommendations. Every baby and family is different, so I focus on creating a plan that feels realistic, consistent, and aligned with the parents’ values.

My goal is to help families build healthy sleep habits while also feeling confident in their role. I provide clear guidance, ongoing support, and adjustments along the way so parents don’t feel like they’re navigating it alone.
My philosophy

With the right approach, children can learn to sleep more independently and consistently. I guide families through clear, realistic plans that lead to better sleep and more confidence.

4-Month Regression
An 8-month-old waking every 1–2 hours overnight while sleeping in his parents’ room, with goals of improving sleep and transitioning to his own room shared with a sibling. I created a realistic plan based on his daycare schedule and implemented it in person with the family. The first night involved some adjustment, but by night two he was able to fall asleep independently and sleep through the night.
Toddler Transition
A 4.5-month-old who relied on contact naps and was preparing to start daycare, where independent sleep was needed. I created a structured nap plan for both parents and daycare and supported in-person implementation of a consistent routine. Within the first day, she was falling asleep independently for naps at home and was also able to nap successfully at daycare.
