Jamie is a complete lifesaver! If you are reading her reviews in the middle of night (that was me) wondering if you should just book an appointment.. do it! You won’t regret it. From the start Jamie was so sweet and understanding, I knew she was the perfect person to help us with sleep training! We hired Jamie to help with out second baby that would only take 20 minute naps (contact) and took us 5-6 hours to get her to bed for her to only wake a couple hours later. From the first night our 4 month old was sleeping through the night and by the 4th day she got the naps down! It has been life changing and we have Jamie to thank for that. Having Jamie to text while going through this was like having a best friend encouraging you along the way. Thank you for the sleep Jamie!
We cannot recommend Jamie enough! We had a 4.5 month old Velcro baby that either needed to be bounced on a yoga ball or her favorite- nursed to sleep. Once the 4 month sleep regression hit, I was having to hold her for every (short) nap AND all night long. I was having to nurse her upwards of 5 times a night and she started waking almost every hour and a half. I felt like a human pacifier and neither of us were getting quality sleep. One night at 4am I had enough and booked a consultation call with Jamie. I wish I had done it sooner! You can tell she puts a lot of work into her plans, and having her to text for real time answers and help is worth the price of the plan in itself. My baby slept through the night right away! She was also sick with a pretty nasty cold for most of the two weeks, so this can still be successful even with a sick baby! Jamie is a calming presence and truly is happy and celebrates every win you have! Her wrap up email on the last day comes filled with resources to set up for future success, and she answers literally any and every question you ask. She is so helpful, and my daughter now successfully sleeps 11-11.5 hours a night and takes long, full naps all in her CRIB! She is on a fantastic schedule and routine that I couldn’t have done without all of Jamie’s expertise and support.
I just wrapped up two weeks of support with Jamie and I do not have enough words to accurately thank her! I remember looking through these reviews before starting with Jamie, thinking these have to be fake…. or even if they’re real, I bet those parents don’t have a baby like mine — strong willed, total FOMO baby who fights sleep like her life depends on it because she doesn’t want to miss out on a second of the day 😂 Jamie gave us a plan that included a few tweaks to what I was already doing and literally night one, I was in complete shock. My baby went from waking around 4-5 times a night needing to be nursed back to sleep (thanks 4 mo sleep regression!) to waking only once. The next day I was so shocked with naps too. I had been contact napping for pretty much every nap because if/when I could get my baby in the crib she was only taking 20 min naps!! I was going insane!! Since starting with Jamie, my baby is pretty consistently connecting all naps and taking longer naps ALL IN THE CRIB. 🙌🏻 I’m truly so thankful for Jamie because I don’t have to spend all day everyday sitting in a dark room anymore rocking my baby and contact napping. I feel like I have my life back!!! The reviews are REAL and Jamie is seriously a life saver! If you’re on the fence, try it! I feel like a new person after our two weeks together. 🥹
I truly cannot recommend Jamie enough! We were battling short naps and false starts with our 4.5 month old. Everyone told me to wait it out and it would get better but I was struggling saving naps all day long and battling my own bedtime scaries at night. Almost instantly after starting with Jamie, our little Charlotte was taking longer naps, going down completely awake in her crib at night and not making a peep until the morning. Jamie supported me every step of the way, encouraging me to give Charlotte the space she needed to learn! Charlotte is happier, taking better naps at daycare even and I am able to enjoy bedtime again - cherishing those special moments instead of dreading the night ahead. I am so insanely thankful for Jamie and will miss chatting with her every day and absorbing every ounce of her advice. Don’t wait and don’t convince yourself things will get better eventually - with Jamie’s help things could be better right now!
We started right in the middle of the 4 month sleep regression, transitioning out of a Snoo and into his crib in his own room, with no real schedule in place. Not only did she guide us through all of that, but she was incredibly responsive, encouraging, and supportive when I needed it most. She helped us make real-time tweaks to the schedule, adjusted things as we went, and truly set us up for success. We went from 30–40 minute contact naps to long, restful naps that we actually have to wake him from. We were shocked how quickly he slept through the night! This experience has been life changing not just for our baby who is finally getting the rest he deserves — but for us as parents too. My husband and I feel like we got our evenings back and time together again, which has made such a difference.
When my daughter was around 4 months old she hit a terrible sleep regression. She was up every half hour to an hour crying non stop. I would have to rock her back to sleep, and then again she would wake up. We were at our wits end and didn’t know where to turn. Jamie came highly recommended by a good friend. Within just a few short weeks Jamie gave my husband and I the tools we needed to help teach our daughter the skills to not only independently fall asleep but to remain asleep throughout the night. Now my daughter is 13 months old and is an incredible sleeper. Til this day I tell everyone that this was the best choice we made for our family!
