
I’m a flexible, intuitive, effective, compassionate problem-solver and have been helping families with sleep (for free) since 2000, when my oldest was born. I’ve worked as a pediatric speech-language therapist in private practice since 1999, and I’m very skilled at supporting allllll families. I got my CPSM certification last year to expand my professional reach, and I’m eager to put my decades of skills to work.
After serving families for 27 years, I am flexible and creative - a consummate problem-solver! I incorporate mindfulness into my sleep-training strategies, and mindfulness eases any discomfort around sleep-training.
