4-Month Regression
I recently worked with a 5-month-old who was transitioning out of the swaddle and bassinet into their crib. Over the course of just 8 nights, we gently supported the baby through the transition while improving sleep habits and reducing overnight wakings from three feeds per night to sleeping through the night, all while helping the parents feel confident and supported throughout the process.

4-month regression
★★★★★

Jenn was initially our postpartum doula. She helped get of son on a great sleep schedule by the time we were done with our 12 week contract. She gave us great advice for daytime schedule to encourage night sleep. After our son went through the 4 month regression we called Jenn around month 5 to hire her for sleep support. Things were getting worse and we were tired. Jenn helped get everything back on track and within a matter of days our son was sleeping great again! Jenn is seriously the best!
