I’ve spent more than a decade supporting children and families, with a background in behavior analysis, child development, and individualized, family-centered care. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner, I came to sleep work because I saw how deeply sleep can affect the entire family and how often traditional sleep advice doesn’t account for the individual child.
My approach brings together sleep science and behavioral science to understand why sleep is challenging and, just as importantly, what will work for your child and your family. I take the time to understand your child’s development, communication, sensory needs, behavior, routines, and your family’s goals before creating an individualized plan.
I have specialized training in working with families of neurodivergent children, including children with autism, ADHD, developmental differences, or more complex behavioral and sensory needs. I believe sleep support should never be about forcing a child to fit a one-size-fits-all method. It should be thoughtful, practical, evidence-based, and responsive to the child in front of us.
Most importantly, I’m here to support the whole family. Better sleep isn’t just about helping a child sleep through the night, it’s about creating more rested mornings, more manageable days, and a family that has the opportunity to feel like themselves again.
My philosophy
Sleep support should be individualized, compassionate, and grounded in science. I believe the goal isn’t just better sleep for your child, it’s better rest, better days, and a more supported family.
