Jordan Gilley

I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant, a homeschooling mom of three (with our fourth on the way), and someone who genuinely believes sleep should be the easiest part of your day, not the part you dread. I work with newborns through ages 7 and up.

I got into this work through raising my own kids. Once I understood that sleep is a learned skill and something that can genuinely feel easy and maintainable, I couldn’t help but to want to give that knowledge and freedom to other families too.

My approach is simple and honest. I don’t believe in endless “regressions” or vague sleep association talk. No? It’s not another regression or teething. These beliefs are what keeps families stuck. Outside of the real four-month shift, most sleep struggles come down to schedule and expectation, not something broken in your child. We build the right skill with the right method and stay consistent, while also teaching you how to find your baby’s “baseline sleep needs” and how to build upon that foundation. That’s what makes it stick.

I work with exhausted parents who are ready for real rest, not another tip list to figure out in their own. Whether it’s newborn sleep shaping, a toddler who fights bedtime, or naps that fall apart by noon, I meet you where you are and walk with you the whole way. Nights and naps, every bit of it! We text back and forth like we’re best friends, and I’m truly in your corner the whole way.
My philosophy

I want sleep to be the part of your day you look forward to, not the thing you dread by bedtime. Whether that’s through a more hands on or hands off method, I’ll guide you from start to finish.

6-month-old whose parents were doing everything right. He’d been sleeping well, but things started slipping and nothing they tried seemed to work, which is usually the exact moment parents start losing consistency without realizing it. We tightened that consistency back up, and it took staying truly consistent to uncover what was actually going on. His wake windows ended up landing far beyond what you’d expect for his age, and once we honored that, everything clicked. I taught them what to look for and how to adjust to his specific needs, so instead of just fixing the immediate problem, they walked away truly understanding his sleep and knowing how to build on it and maintain it on their own.
3-month-old whose parents came to me ready for more consistent sleep and ended up in my two-week program. We dialed in his schedule and gave him the room to learn how to fall asleep, and connect his sleep cycles, on his own. By 13 weeks he was sleeping 11+ hour nights and taking four solid naps a day, each one over an hour, falling asleep and back to sleep completely independently. He’s proof that you can lay an incredible sleep foundation early, without it being a battle.
