Joy Noblick

I’m a certified postpartum doula and pediatric sleep consultant, and my work with families started in the newborn stage. I’ve spent years in homes supporting feeding, soothing, and those long, unpredictable nights, so I understand how sleep actually fits into real life.

I moved into sleep consulting because I kept seeing the same thing: parents aren’t doing anything wrong, they just don’t have clear, personalized guidance. Once you understand your child’s patterns, sleep starts to make a lot more sense.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I look at your child’s age, temperament, feeding, and daily rhythms to create a plan that feels realistic and doable. I guide you step by step and adjust along the way so it actually works for your family.

I love working with families from the newborn stage through the toddler years who feel exhausted or stuck and want real answers and real support.
My philosophy

Better sleep comes from understanding your child, not forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. I help you make sense of what’s going on and create lasting change.

4-Month Regression
4-month-old with frequent night wakings every 1–2 hours. Parents were exhausted and unsure what had changed. We adjusted timing, feeding, and soothing to match their baby’s development. Within 2 weeks, night wakings dropped significantly and everyone was getting more consistent sleep.
Toddler Transition
2-year-old taking over an hour to fall asleep and waking overnight needing a parent each time. Parents felt stuck in a pattern they couldn’t break. We adjusted timing and gradually shifted how support was given at bedtime. Within 2 weeks, bedtime was under 20 minutes and nights were much more consistent.
