Sleep deprivation affects mental and physical well-being, which can create dysfunction in your life and, in the most severe cases, it can impair judgment and lead to unsafe practices.
I've enjoyed helping exhausted friends, family, and clients get the sleep they need to function properly and THRIVE, instead of doing their best to survive day to day. This led me to turn my passion for healthy sleep into an opportunity to support more exhausted families by certifying as a pediatric sleep consultant.
My 15 years of working with children in daycare/camp and elementary school settings, my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Education, certification as a pediatric sleep consultant, and my experience as a mom have given me the knowledge and expertise to guide parents of young children in establishing better sleep habits. I want to help you tune out all the noise by truly listening to your sleep struggles and needs, developing a personalized plan to get sleep on track, and being there to support and guide you through the whole process.
