Kenyon Gatlin

My approach is very individualized. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all method. I look at the full picture first, including the baby’s temperament, feeding history, medical background, and the parents’ comfort level and goals.

A lot of the families I work with are overwhelmed and have tried multiple things that haven’t worked, so I focus on bringing clarity and helping them understand what’s actually going on and why their child is struggling with sleep. From there, I walk them through why we’re taking a specific approach and how it supports healthy attachment, not harms it. I stay very involved throughout the process so parents feel confident in what they’re doing, not like they’re following steps blindly.

Because of my own experience as a NICU mom, I understand the reality of bringing home a baby with complex medical needs, feeding challenges, and ongoing care. In those situations, I work closely with the family’s medical team to make sure everything we’re doing is safe, appropriate, and supportive. I also tend to provide more hands-on support over a longer period of time to help families build independent sleep in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

At the end of the day, my goal is to meet families where they are and create a plan they can actually follow through with, because consistency is what leads to real progress, not something that only works in theory.
My philosophy

Sleep training doesn’t have to mean ignoring your instincts or your child’s unique needs. I help you understand what’s actually going on and create a clear, safe, and realistic plan to help your child build independent sleep skills in a way that feels responsive and supported, even in more complex situations.

4-Month Regression
8-month-old with reflux and feeding challenges, waking every 1–2 hours overnight and fully dependent on feeding and being held to sleep. Parents were exhausted and unsure how to support sleep without disrupting feeding needs. We took a responsive, step-by-step approach, adjusting both sleep and feeding patterns while staying aligned with guidance from their pediatric team. Within 2 weeks, night wakings reduced to 0, and the baby was able to fall asleep independently at bedtime with minimal support.
Toddler Transition
14-month-old with frequent night wakings (6+ per night) and ongoing ear infections, heavily reliant on nursing to fall back asleep. Parents were exhausted, and disrupted sleep was impacting his ability to fully recover. We created a clear, realistic plan to improve daytime intake and gradually reduce night feedings while building independent sleep skills. Within 2 weeks, he was sleeping through the night independently, and improved rest supported his overall recovery and well-being.

Highly recommended Kenyon! She is such a lifesaver and so easy to talk to as well. Omg!! My lo has been finishing 5 oz’s!! Spacing feeds 3.5 to 3 hr 45 mins. Also he learned to sleep on his stomach and has been napping longer! This morning I had to wake him up to not go over 2 hours! We are following the 3 nap schedule today. Im so happy! 😍

I HIGHLY recommend Kenyon to any mom or dad who needs sleep and who's baby needs sleep! When my son was 11 months old ive finally hit my breaking point. I was so beyond exhausted snd it was effecting my daily life both st work and home. I couldnt be the mom i wanted and needed to be or the wife my husband deserves! My son was waking up still multiple times through the night and itd take 1 to 2 hours to get him back to sleep each time. I was feeding him bottles to sleep, rocking him, bouncing him. All things I was doing was wrong but I was so desperate thats all I could think to do in the sleepless state I was in. By night 3 of his sleep plan that she personally created for us he was sleeping through the night!!! And by 1 week he went down without a single tear. I legit thought it was impossible to have a sleep consultant help us. Like how can someone who isnt physically here with me fix this?! But my gosh was I so wrong on that. It is worth every single penny and more I promise you! It life changing! Its been 3 months since the sleep training and still to this day he goes right to bed and sleeps through the entire night. 11 to 12 hours every night! Everytime I close his door for the night I still say out loud "wow what a difference this has made. That was so easy! And my heart rests knowing hes sound asleep. If youre an exhausted mom or dad and your baby just is not sleeping how they should please concider Kenyon! I promise you she will help you! She is so supportive and so sweet and SO smart! Its time for you and your little one to get peaceful restful sleep and to go into the night without any anxiety or stress of "when will I be woken up again and how much sleep are we going to miss out on tonight?" She makes it so those thoughts will be completely dissolved and never come back again! Sleep is one of the most important things for every aspect of our lives and our body to function properly and for our kids to be able to get the sleep they need to grow and stay healthy! Kenyon is AMAZING!!!! YOU DESERVE IT! And your child's deserves it too! Sourced from Google Reviews.

Kenyon is a miracle worker!! We have a 7 month old baby who previously needed co-sleeping and night feeds often. He was waking up everything 45 minutes-2 hours for months. I hadn’t slept more than 2 hours straight in months and felt very little hope that it was going to change. We are only a few nights into our program with Kenyon, and last night my husband and I got to have a stress free Friday night together! We put our happy baby down to sleep and we got to watch a show, eat some pizza, and play a game without the stress of our baby waking up every 45 minutes! It felt so nice to be able to have space to connect again 😊 oh yeah… AND THEN SLEEP FOR HOURS after that! If you are on the fence, let me just tell you it will be worth it! Kenyon is so kind and supportive through everything and a great teacher as well. Sourced from Google Reviews.

I came to Kenyon as a first time mom. She was able to help us achieve the right age appropriate nap and feeding schedule for our 4.5 month old. With just a few tweaks we started seeing longer naps, longer stretches of night time sleep and a happier baby! The support I got from Kenyon was absolutely amazing. She was there every time we had questions through texts and audio messages. It was like having your best friend on speed dial!

My son was 11 months old. It took multiple hours every night of rocking him, bouncing him, feeding him to get him back to sleep after waking up a few times a night. It was beyond exhausting and frustrating. By night 3 he was going to sleep on his own without a single tear. And by the first week he was sleeping through the night peacefully. I couldnt believe it! Kenyon has truly changed our lives! I would highly recommend her to any mom struggling with sleep because she will get that baby asleep through the night in no time!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kenyon. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the families she works with. Throughout the process, she shared a lot of helpful information and was always available when we had questions or needed reassurance. She helped us through a very tough time and made what felt overwhelming much more manageable. What I appreciated most was how much she respected my wishes and my comfort level. She never pushed us toward methods that involved more crying than we were comfortable with, and instead worked with us to find an approach that truly fit our family. She also helped get everyone in our household aligned and realistic about what was possible, which made a huge difference. With her guidance, we were able to successfully sleep train our baby, and the improvement for our whole family has been incredible. I highly recommend her to any parents looking for thoughtful, supportive, and effective sleep guidance. Sourced from Google Reviews.
