I strongly recommend Kristen to any new mom who needs support to sleep train her baby/babies!! Kristen is a kind, gentle, respectful, and responsive person. She really understands the struggles as a new mom. She is such a life saver to me! When I contacted her for support, my baby was 7 months old, and he slept with me in my arm for about a month with 6 to 7 times wake-up per night. I was so exhausted and so was my baby. After two weeks sleep training, Kristen turned to my bay into an independent sleeper!!! He only wakes up once in the middle of the night for nursing, which is suggested to wean by Kristen gradually. My baby also took much longer nap during the day, 1-2 hours per nap, which is unbelievable!! I never expected that. My baby only napped 30mins per nap when I started. Kristen offered me different sleep training options in her plan to suit my needs. During the sleep training, Kristen checked in with me at least every morning, noon and evening, especially the first week. I always got her in time instruction/response telling me how to handle different scenarios. She knew what was in my head, paid attention to my emotional needs, and kept telling me the importance of let the baby practice and the consistency. Kristen was a life savor. We have struggled for 16 months to get our son to sleep in his own crib for more than a few hours. We trusted Kristen's knowledge and expertise to help us get our son to feel independent putting himself to sleep and staying asleep as well as making sure we as parents were comfortable with the approach. We were able to talk with her ahead of time about expectations and goals and come up with a more gentle approach to his sleep. This made the decision very easy. Kristen was very attentive and would answer calls/texts promptly if we had any questions or concerns. She stayed with us the full two weeks and would check in very frequently. The difference in his sleep is night and day and we are finally able to put him down awake and know that he will sleep through the night on his own. We couldn't be more appreciative !
