I’ve spent more than 20 years working with babies and supporting families through the early years of parenthood. My experience as a Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant has given me a deep understanding of infant development—and just how overwhelming sleep can feel when you’re in the middle of it.
I was drawn to sleep work because I saw how often parents were left feeling confused by conflicting advice or worried they were doing something wrong. I wanted to offer a different kind of support—one that helps parents understand their baby’s sleep while giving them the tools and guidance to make decisions that feel right for their family.
My approach is solid, individualized, and rooted in realistic expectations for infant and child sleep. I meet families where they are, consider their baby’s temperament and developmental needs, and create a plan that feels both manageable and sustainable.
Most importantly, my goal isn’t simply to help babies sleep better. It’s to empower parents to navigate sleep with confidence, so they walk away feeling more knowledgeable, supported, and capable long after our time together ends.
I love working with families who want better sleep but also want an approach that feels responsive, supportive, and aligned with their parenting style. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own—I’m here to support you through it!
My philosophy
My goal isn’t just better sleep—it’s helping you understand your baby or toddler, feel confident in the choices you’re making, and have the tools to navigate sleep long after our time together.
