4-Month Regression
6-month-old who had to be rocked/nursed to sleep with frequent night wakings (every 1-2 hours), only contact napping and co-sleeping overnight. Baby had a stubborn temperament and when parents tried sleep training on their own, they gave up. Did modified Ferber method with them and baby was down to 1 wake by Night 3. Ended the program by transitioning from 3 short, contact naps to 2 long, crib naps.
Toddler Transition
Clingy, stubborn 3 year-old boy who co-slept with parents since he was 18 months old. Falling asleep at 10pm and waking up at 6:30am and parents wanted their bed back. Introduced a gradual fading method and went from only wanting to sleep next to mom, to sleeping in his room from 8:30pm-6:30pm. Eventually moved his infant brother into his room with him and both boys are sleeping through the night. Parents finally have their evenings back and are getting more quality rest.
