I don't put parameters around who I help and who I don't. Whether your child is in a crib, a bed, or bed sharing, I'm happy to work with you. I do make sure to be clear around expectations and the work that needs to be put in on your end to be successful. In my sleep plan I give each family several options for sleep training methods and address adjustments to schedules, sleep environment, sleep behaviors and sleep aids. Each plan is tailored to parenting style, family values, and sleep goals. I don't push a generalized approach, and I have worked with families from various places around the world. After an initial 15 minute free call, if you sign on to work with me, I send a detailed questionnaire and contract. After you sign the contract and send back the completed questionnaire, we hop on another call to discuss the questions. Then, I develop the individualized sleep plan. After I send the sleep plan, there is another opportunity for a call to answer questions and make sure you're ready to implement the plan. I then support you through 2 weeks of implementation with regular check-ins through messaging and the opportunity for a troubleshooting phone call. After the 2 weeks of support is over and your whole family is sleeping better, I give another opportunity for a wrap-up phone call to answer any questions about sleep going forward.
