After months of not sleeping, my daughter pretty much slept only on me and that was the only way she went down to sleep. She went from waking up every 1-2 hours to sleeping 10 hours throughout the night. Basically from zero moments to myself to finally being able to have some me time again. I have to give a HUGE thanks to Sarah for helping me and my family.
We both work full time so sleep training has always been something we planned to do, but nothing we tried worked. Then we met Sarah. She helped lay out the sleep foundation for our baby and worked with us every day until the goals were met, even extending the service free of charge for a total of 7 full weeks. Now our son has the independent sleep skill, always falls asleep by himself when we put him down for both naps and bedtime and resettles himself each time he wakes. He naps really well now and started sleeping through the night since 12 weeks. I am so thankful that we know Sarah and I cannot recommend her enough. The only thing I regret is that I didn't know her soon enough.
We had a 2.5 year old that we had to lay down with and hold his hand to go to sleep every night, sometimes for over an hour. I first met Sarah Gritter through a Babywise Facebook page. Sarah always had amazing advice, even if I didn't want to take it at first. She helped craft a method for me somewhere in between the different styles I had found online and in books. By 16 weeks she even helped me revamp his sleep schedule when he hit his four month sleep regression during a major move. With Sarah's help, within just a few days I was able to reset my little one's sleep, and by a week of using her advice, he was finally sleeping 12 hours a night. I definitely couldn't have gotten him to sleep through the night and be so good for naps without her help. 110% worth it.
I reached out to Sarah when my daughter was about 3.5 months. She was usually sleeping through the night in a bassinet in our room but would only go to sleep being fed, rocked or held. I was against sleep training in the beginning but Sarah has been so patient and kind to me during the 2.5 weeks she helped with my son's sleeping habits and schedule. Sarah was diligent to help me with my bad napper. She was willing to troubleshoot over and over again until we figured it out. Not only that, but she made me feel supported and she abolished all mom guilt I felt about my bad napper. I'm so thankful for her help.
Amazing, amazing, amazing! Since our son was very young he was as best described as a cat napper. He would only sleep in a pushchair whilst on the move or in a car for literally 30 minutes. As his mother I felt completely defeated. I knew somebody that had used Sarah and was very skeptical that somebody who didn't know my son would be able to help. Well, I was proven wrong. Sarah did just the trick within literally a few days. My son went from sleeping so little to then going 12 hours through the night. If something didn't work, Sarah was at the end of the phone instantly, helping and constantly reassuring us. My son is now not sleep deprived and is like a different baby. And just like that she sleeps! We sleep trained at 4 months after the dreaded regression hit. She had a terrible feed/sleep association at nighttime and couldn't self-soothe. We found ourselves nap trapped and burning through fuel just to get her to sleep. Sarah worked meticulously through our schedule until we found our daughter's sweet spot. By day 3 she was sleeping through. Furthermore she can nap independently in her bed, longer than the dreaded 30 minutes. If you're on the fence about hiring a sleep consultant, please consider this recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
Before we met Sarah we were lost in how to help our son get into a healthy sleeping pattern and transition to his crib. As first time parents this was not something we learned in our prenatal baby care classes and we were in desperate need of help and sleep. After 6 months of contact napping, multiple night wakings, and early mornings, I finally decided we needed help. It was not the horrible experience of hearing my baby cry as I had thought it would be. Within just two nights he was falling asleep on his own. Sarah created a schedule for us, walked me through it every step of the way. Sleep training isn't just the act of putting the baby to bed, it has a lot to do with what you do during the day, the routine, feeding schedule. This experience couldn't have gone any better. We are so very thankful for Sarah, she was amazing to work with during sleep training our 5 month old. I was so anxious and had such bad mom guilt I literally cried, but she was there every step of the way. Our son did amazing after the first night. We were co-sleeping and I was sleep deprived. I contacted Sarah when my baby was 13 months old. He has always been a difficult sleeper, early riser, early napper, early bedtime kind of guy. Once talking with Sarah she knew right away what he needed and I started the same day. My baby now sleeps 10 hours at night and a 2 to 2.5 hour nap in the afternoon. I was not okay with the cry it out method and we did not have to do that. My boy is a much happier toddler making me a much happier mom. My baby was 4.5 months old when I got so desperate for sleep. We were co-sleeping and doing only contact naps. He would only sleep in my arms. Each night he would have false starts and wake up every 1-3 hours wanting to be rocked or fed to sleep. I saw Sarah's page and asked for help. She helped me fix my baby's daytime schedule as well as how to have my baby fall asleep by himself. My baby went from co-sleeping to sleeping in his crib, from waking up every 1-3 hours to sleeping in his own cot for 10 hours straight, from needing to be rocked to sleep to initiating sleep by himself, from contact naps to napping in his crib for 1-1.5 hours straight. I wouldn't have been able to fix my baby's schedule without her help. Totally recommend.
I was so nervous about sleep training. Sarah was so patient, answered all my questions, was amazing at getting back to me in a timely manner, and was a genuinely nice person. She helped me break habits that were not the best sleeping habits for my daughter and guided me the whole way while also letting me be in control. My daughter was going to sleep by herself for bedtime and nap time within 3 days with no crying at all. We went from motion or contact 30-minute naps to over an hour long by herself in her crib. At night she connects her sleep cycles and only wakes up if she truly needs something. Most mornings I have to wake her. Overall an amazing experience and I truly recommend working with Sarah.

She is so knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to sleep training. She guided us every step of the way and tweaked our plan to fit our son's sleep needs. I can't say enough good things about Sarah. Before her help my son was only sleeping one to two hours at a time at night and could not fall asleep on his own. After working with Sarah he now only wakes up once during the night and takes an hour to two hour naps. We put him down awake in his crib for naps and for bedtime and he falls asleep all by himself. Not only did she give us a detailed plan tailored to our little one, but she was also available every day to answer our questions and troubleshoot naps and bedtime. We are so grateful for her help.
We started with Sarah when our newborn was around 5 weeks and our newborn is also a preemie, 5 weeks early. Sarah gave us an individualized plan which helped us promote good sleeping habits. I have to give a HUGE thanks to Sarah for helping me sleep train my baby girl. I honestly was unsure if I wanted to sleep train, but for my own sake, I wanted to sleep train so I could sleep back in the room with my husband. Not only did she help me sleep train, we got rid of the pacifier too. She gave me little tips and tricks that I know I would not have done on my own, so the process was so much smoother with Sarah's help. I 100% recommend her to anyone.
