I view sleep training as a comprehensive system of interconnected elements that, when aligned and fine-tuned, help your child fall asleep more easily at bedtime and sleep through the night. I take the time to truly understand your family and your child’s unique needs and temperament. This allows me to create a personalized sleep plan tailored to your child and family. There is so much more to teaching and guiding a child through learning a new skill or adjusting to a major change in their life.

I approach every client with compassion, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude. As a parent myself, I know what it’s like to be in "survival mode," and I can sympathize with you. At the same time, I’m not afraid to offer some "tough love" when necessary to help you break habits that may be hindering you and your child from achieving restful sleep.

I believe in and recommend a variety of sleep training methods, but what sets me apart is that I only recommend strategies that align with your parenting style and values. My goal as your sleep consultant is for you to feel confident and comfortable with the plan. This is the key to successful sleep training—when you’re confident with the plan, you’ll be consistent, and consistency is ultimately what leads to success.
My philosophy

I believe good sleep isn't about luck, it's about understanding the many factors that influence your child's sleep and bringing them into alignment. I help families build the skills and routines that lead to independent sleep and well-rested nights for everyone.

Newborn Schedule
I helped parents of a 3-month-old who had never slept independently and was being held for all naps and overnight sleep. At this age, I recommended a fully responsive approach focused on creating an age-appropriate daily rhythm, optimizing sleep foundations, and gradually building independent sleep skills. No cry-it-out or check-in methods were used. After 2 weeks, she was falling asleep in her bassinet, sleeping longer stretches on her own, and waking for just one night feed, allowing her parents to get more restorative sleep while feeling confident they were supporting her needs every step of the way.
Frequent Night Waking
I worked with parents of an 11-month-old boy who was being rocked to sleep for over an hour each night, experiencing false starts and waking 3–5 times overnight for rocking or feeds. We focused on helping him develop independent sleep skills at bedtime while implementing a gradual night-weaning plan. Throughout the process, I provided in the moment coaching to help his parents understand when to offer support and when to give him the space he needed to practice falling asleep on his own. Within 4 days, he was falling asleep independently and sleeping through the night, transforming bedtime from a lengthy struggle into a calm and predictable routine.
