Sleep training changed my family's lives. My son's severe tongue tie caused terrible sleep to the point I was hallucinating from exhaustion and terrified about a second baby. He would thrash in his crib and wake up the second we laid him down. Talia wrote a specific plan for us (we have an extremely complex living situation, and she took everything we have going on into account), and Oliver went from waking 3-4 times a night to maybe once. Even through teething, he now settles easily. He is SO. MUCH. HAPPIER. And so are we. Before, we had to feed, rock, and pray he'd stay asleep. Now he has a bottle and book, goes in his crib, and falls asleep on his own. I'm confident going into our second child and so glad we trained. I absolutely recommend her!

While Beckett loves baby brother beyond words, his sleep regressed when we had Jesse. It was hard to believe that our sleep deprivation was more due to our toddler than our newborn. @talia.niebloom has been incredible in helping me understand everything about toddler sleep schedules. My toddler has always been a night owl, usually falling asleep around midnight or later. That's no longer the case! I was amazed when my toddler went to bed at 8:30 PM last night, giving me plenty of time to work out and unwind. If you're dealing with something similar, I highly recommend her.

I couldn't recommend Talia enough. I am a first time mom to a now 4.5 month old girl. We basically played pacifier ping pong all night long. When I reached out to Talia I immediately felt hopeful that she could guide me through the sleep training method that we both felt made sense for me and my family. I saw results by night 3! The first two nights were hard but she encouraged me to not give up and I'm so glad I didn't. Now she sleeps through the night. Sure she does wake up but she soothes herself back to sleep.
