I’m teaching you how to TUNE INTO your baby to help them fall asleep independently.
And then, this is where everything really clicks: Supportive Independence. You learn how to stay calm, confident, and consistent, even when things aren’t perfect (because let’s be real… babies love to keep us on our toes, haha!). You’ll have the tools to pivot in real time, the mindset, and my support so you’re not second-guessing yourself anymore… you actually feel so sure in what you’re doing.

4-Month Regression
A mom came to me with her 5 month-old baby boy who was waking 4+ times every night and needed to be fed back to sleep each time. She felt like she had tried everything: bedtime routine, sleep sack, white noise, but nothing made sense because he was still waking so frequently and only taking 30 minute naps during the day.
When we looked a little deeper, we realized the issue wasn’t that she wasn’t doing enough, it was that her baby hadn’t yet learned how to fall asleep independently, so every light sleep cycle at night turned into a full wake up where he needed help getting back to sleep. We made a few powerful adjustments: we refined his bedtime routine, created a simple and consistent nap routine, and most importantly, we gave him the opportunity to actually practice falling asleep on his own instead of feeding to sleep. Throughout the process, we closely listened to his cues: offering support when he needed it and giving him space when he was trying.
Within 14 days, everything changed! His night wakings went from 4+ times to 0, he started sleeping through the night, took in more ounces during the day, and his naps stretched from 30 minutes to a consistent 90 minutes.
Toddler Transition
Another mom came to me with her 3 month-old baby girl who could only fall asleep by being rocked and would only nap in the car seat or swing. Nights felt exhausting and unpredictable, she was waking several times and needing to be rocked back to sleep each time. On top of that, her baby often fought sleep, getting really fussy and worked up right when she clearly needed rest, which made it even harder for her to settle.
When we looked at what was really happening, it wasn’t that her baby “didn’t like sleep”, she was getting overtired and relying heavily on motion to fall asleep, which meant every sleep cycle shift at night required help again. We shifted things by creating a simple, consistent nap and bedtime rhythm, and slowly giving her baby girl the opportunity to fall asleep in her own sleep space instead of always being fully rocked to sleep. Her mom stayed really tuned in to her cues, offering support when she needed it and giving her space when she was working through that transition into sleep.
Within just a few days, she stopped fighting sleep altogether and began falling asleep on her own in her crib. She started doing 8 hour stretches at night, waking for a quick and easy night feed, and then going right back down for another 4 hours. She also began taking 2 hour naps in her crib on her own and waking up noticeably happier and more rested.

Valerie was amazing! I was struggling so bad and couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. After our consultation I knew I needed to use her. She was so kind and truly got down to the root causes of what was going on. After 1 night he was sleeping 12+ hours a night and taking 3 great naps during the day. I thought it was way too good true. Valerie has literally changed our lives! We went from having actual panic attacks at bedtime to a much more restful, sustainable path for our little family. For about 5 weeks we were waking up every 30-45 minutes to our baby crying and some mornings we had to hold our baby in the chair from 4-7am just so he’d get some sleep on our chests. It was absolutely brutal. Just before our son turned 5 months, we came across Valerie on Instagram—and we are so happy we did! She took the time to understand our situation and helped us understand her program. And we really appreciated her thorough process where she took the time to understand our needs during the consult call, then formulated a personalized plan, then followed up with us to ensure we understood the plan. And on top of that, she was available whenever we needed her, no matter what time of day during the 2 weeks for advice, coaching, reassurance, and support. On Night 3 (3!!!) of Valerie’s program, our son started sleeping through the night from around 7pm to 7am and in the second week, his naps have gotten reliably longer. It’s been incredible! Not only has she supported our son but she has supported us as parents, giving us the strategies and tools as well as assuring us that what we are doing is safe, healthy, and good for our family.
