I am an expert in child development with a BS/MS in the field and have studied development and family relations to the postgraduate level. I have a background in pediatrics as a certified child life specialist and am currently working as an overnight postpartum doula and sleep consultant. I mainly focus on infants but am experienced with young children of all ages. My approach is evidence-based and attunement-focused. I help families make achievable goals for sleep challenges and love helping them navigate the tougher parts of sleep conditioning and training so that the whole family can get restful sleep.
My philosophy
My approach is rooted in infant/early childhood/perinatal mental health. I have certifications and deep knowledge in these fields— I take pride in helping families reframe their perceptions of sleep challenges to achieve their goals. My approach is rooted in attunement and truly learning about the child’s development while supporting the caregivers in their own regulation.
