I focus asking great questions and listening well to the answers. I’m very good at guiding families and helping them understand things that will help them form foundations of sleep for the long run.
When babies are given the space to "try" their way to sleep independently, they build a deep confidence that they can do hard things, all while your entire family gets the rest it needs.

After 3 weeks in the NICU, baby boy came home underweight and only wanting to sleep on dad's chest. Parent's wanted his negative sleep associations to be broken while still honoring any developmental delays from his NICU stay. They called me for in person sleep conditioning while he moved toward his weight goals. Our intentional and gentle approach showed immediate results of longer nighttime sleep stretches, less bottles overnight, all while he crushed his weight goals and learned to fall asleep on his own without interventions from caregivers. Before 2 months old, baby was falling asleep on his own, peacefully sleeping 9 straight hours at night in his crib without any overnight feedings, with weight very comfortably positioned on his growth chart. The only time I love working myself out of a job!
Started supporting family the first night twin boys came home. Helped parents rest easy and provided guidance to establish regular sleep routines. Highly recommended.
Yvette helped us one night a week with our 6 week old for 4 weeks. She was so reassuring to all of first-time-parent questions. We were able to get caught up on much needed sleep once a week knowing our baby was in good hands!
As exhausted parents to a very colicky newborn, Yvette has been a lifesaver. She’s given us much needed time to recharge. She is very calming with our newborn and excellent at reading his cues. We know that he’s in excellent hands when she watches him over night.
Family connected with Yvette for emergency nighttime doula services after complications with twins delivery. Professional with a warm personality. Instrumental in establishing daily routines and sleep training. Family initially planned a few weeks but ended up working together for months.
Helped baby learn to sleep through the night with both virtual and in-person support. Practical, thoughtful advice. Also served as doula, traveling from out of town. Made parent feel safe during delivery. A true asset to the mom community.
Supportive throughout the newborn journey. Compassionate, caring, amazing listener. Provided support, encouragement, and wisdom. Gentle and reassuring, gave confidence in caring for baby. Easy to communicate with and responsive.
Yvette is wonderful! She has a great temperament, so good with our 6 week old. We starting working with her when he was only a couple weeks old. She’s helped us get him to sleep longer stretches and offers great tips and tricks. We feel very comfortable with her and would highly recommend.
Overnight postpartum doula for three months. Calming, confident presence. Exceptional knowledge of newborn sleep, feeding, and development. Attentive to details, proactive guidance, respectful of family's parenting style. Warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion throughout.
