Our son would wake up frequently at night and had very short snaps during the day. He would get his calories at night time. We could only put him to sleep by rocking him on the hands. Yvonne was able to help us shift his calories during day time, as well as naps longer during the day, he has a nighttime routine that helps him sleep longer at night.
My 5 month old son was waking 4-5 times a night and was a very light sleeping between the morning hours of 4-6 am. He would only contact nap or take very short 30 min naps in his crib. Yvonne helped me get my son to connect his sleep cycles, sleep longer stretches and only wake 1 time overnight! It has been totally life changing as I have other kids to take care of. Yvonne helped us sleep train for 2 solid weeks with text and calling support. Even after the 2 weeks were up she still answers my sleep questions as they come up! She’s the absolute best!
Our 5 month old would only fall asleep while being rocked in the Baby bjorn bouncer, we co-slept, and she woke every two hours overnight. After working with Yvonne, she now falls asleep independently in her own crib and only wakes once to eat. We finally have our evenings and sleep back, and our lives have changed dramatically for the better!
She was very kind and professional. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked how she gave examples and walked us throughout step by step. Made us feel at ease and comfortable. And her method and tips worked! My son refused to sleep without us in the room or on his bed next to him. Yvonne recommended that we had a family meeting stating that my son needs to sleep on his own and that mommy and daddy had their own bed. Also Yvonne recommended certain role play scenarios to demonstrate the bed time routine so that my son knows what is expected. We also did the chair method where we gradually sleep further and further away from him until we were outside of his room on the other side of the door. It took my son around 1.5 weeks to finally sleep on his own and throughout the night again!
My son was waking up twice a night, I was at the four month mark and things were not improving, I contacted Yvonne and she helped me build healthy sleep habits, and she taught me how to respond to night wakings and within one week he slept through the night. I was hesitant to sleep train, because letting my baby cry felt uncomfortable and unnatural to me, and she developed a method that was specifically targeted to my style, concerns, comfort level and baby.
We worked with Yvonne to help our 15-month-old learn how to fall asleep independently. Before working with her, our daughter would only contact nap and was waking multiple times throughout the night. Yvonne created a personalized sleep plan that helped us establish a consistent bedtime routine and gently support our daughter in developing independent sleep skills. Her guidance made the process feel manageable and supportive for our whole family.
My son was only doing 30-40 min naps at most he learned how to connect sleep cycles during the day and has been doing proper naps since training! For night sleep he now falls asleep on his own and does not wake to feed. We no longer need to rock and sing him to sleep. He sleeps through the night. We are so lucky we were able to work with Yvonne!
Yvonne was wonderful! I am a mom of 2 kids under the age of 2 and the sleep Deprivation was bad! Yvonne was empathetic, understanding and extremely supportive. I wanted a very gentle form of sleep training, and she was able to guide me through the process successfully. Within just a few days our baby was sleeping through the night (without much crying to my surprise) and getting the restful sleep he needed during the day. She was prompt at answering any questions we had and always had insightful tips. Her experience definitely shone through and we are so grateful to have worked with her!!
