You built a practice around helping families sleep. Getting found shouldn't be a second job.
We are a curated marketplace connecting vetted sleep consultants with parents who are actively looking for support. Every parent who finds you through SlumberMatch has already told us their child’s age, their sleep challenge, and what they are looking for in a consultant. That means better fit, fewer awkward consultations, and clients who are ready to commit.
A profile that works for you
Your profile on SlumberMatch is a complete professional listing: credentials, certifications, bio, philosophy statement, specialties, age ranges, pricing, reviews, and a direct booking link. It is designed to give parents the information they need to say yes, without requiring you to sell yourself in every discovery call.
Matching, not just listing
We do not surface your profile to everyone. We match you to the families most likely to be a good fit based on method alignment, age specialty, location, and budget. That means the parents who reach you have already indicated they are looking for what you offer.
Your tools, your clients
You keep full ownership of your client relationships. Booking goes through your own calendar. Payment is handled directly between you and your clients. SlumberMatch is the introduction, not the intermediary.
A vetted community
Every professional on SlumberMatch has been reviewed before their profile goes live. The approval process takes credentials and experience seriously. Being on the platform signals something real to parents, and to other professionals.
We welcome applications from certified sleep consultants and coaches, regardless of the method you practice. We work with professionals trained through recognized certification programs. We also welcome experienced practitioners whose training comes from othercredible paths, evaluated case by case.

Why should I join SlumberMatch?
If you have spent any time building a sleep consulting practice, you already know the pattern. You post on Instagram, respond to DMs, run discovery calls, and hope that the families who find you are actually a good fit for your approach. Some weeks are busy. Others are quiet. Growing your client base means becoming a full-time content creator on top of being a full-time consultant.
SlumberMatch exists to change that dynamic. We are building a platform where parents come looking for help and get matched to consultants based on what actually matters: the child's age, the family's philosophy, their budget, and their location. Every parent who finds your profile has already told us what they are looking for. That means fewer mismatched consultations, fewer discovery calls that go nowhere, and more clients who are ready to commit.
Your profile on SlumberMatch is a complete professional listing: credentials, bio, philosophy, specialties, pricing, reviews, and a direct booking link. It gives parents the information they need to say yes without you having to sell yourself in every conversation.
And you keep full ownership of your client relationships. Booking goes through your calendar. Payment is handled between you and your clients. SlumberMatch is the introduction, not the intermediary.
Who should apply to join SlumberMatch?
We welcome applications from certified sleep consultants and coaches who are committed to safe sleep practices, regardless of the method you practice. We work with professionals trained through CPSM, FSI, IPHI, IPSP, GSC, HSCP, and other recognized programs. We also welcome experienced practitioners whose training comes from other credible paths, evaluated case by case.
We are certification-agnostic. We do not favor one training program over another or rank consultants by which credential they hold. We believe there are excellent professionals across every program, and the quality of the individual matters more than the name on their certificate.
What we are looking for: verifiable credentials from a recognized training program, genuine experience working with families, a clearly articulated approach and philosophy, and a commitment to safe sleep guidelines.
We do not have a geographic restriction. Virtual practitioners are welcome, and we actively support consultants who serve families across multiple states or countries.
How do I sign up?
Visit the Apply page on slumbermatch.ai and complete the application form. The application takes about 10 minutes and asks about your training, certifications, experience, approach, the age ranges and families you work with, and your pricing.
Our team reviews every application. We follow up within 5 business days. If approved, you will have a brief introductory call with the founder, then complete your profile through a short onboarding form. Your profile goes live and you begin appearing in matches.
What does the vetting process look like?
We review your credentials, your professional background, and your stated approach. We also have a brief introductory call. We are looking for consultants who are genuinely qualified and whose practice is a good fit for the families on the platform.
We do not approve every applicant, and that is by design. The value of being on SlumberMatch is that parents know every professional they find has been reviewed. If you have questions before applying, use the Contact page.
What if I am not approved?
We follow up with every applicant regardless of outcome. If your application is not approved, we will let you know and, where possible, tell you why. Some applicants are not the right fit at this time but may be in the future.
How do I edit my profile after it goes live?
Log in to your partner dashboard at slumbermatch.ai/dashboard using your Memberstack account. From there, you can submit updates to your bio, pricing, specialties, Calendly link, and other profile fields through the profile update form.
Submitted changes are reviewed by our team before going live to ensure consistency across the directory. Most updates are published within 1 to 2 business days.
What does it cost to be on SlumberMatch?
SlumberMatch offers two tiers. You choose the one that fits your practice.
Free tier. No monthly fee. A 10% platform fee is charged only on bookings made through SlumberMatch. If you do not get booked through the platform, you pay nothing. We only earn when you earn.
Pro tier. $39 per month. No per-booking fee. You keep 100% of every booking made through the platform. Pro members also receive priority placement in search results.
Both tiers include a verified profile listing, matching visibility, and access to the partner dashboard. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How the transaction works: Parents find you on SlumberMatch and book through your Calendly link. You set your own pricing and collect payment directly from your clients. On the Free tier, SlumberMatch invoices the 10% platform fee to you after a booking is confirmed. On the Pro tier, you pay $39/month and keep everything your clients pay you.
Who controls my calendar and pricing?
You do. Your booking link is embedded on your profile so parents can book you directly. Your pricing is set by you and displayed on your profile. SlumberMatch does not intercept your booking flow or set your rates.
How is SlumberMatch different from other directories?
Most directories list anyone who submits a profile. We vet every professional before they go live. Most directories show every result to every visitor. We match parents to consultants based on philosophy, age specialty, budget, and location. The parents who find your profile have already indicated they are looking for what you offer.
We are also method-neutral and certification-agnostic. We do not rank consultants by which program they trained through or which approach they use. We give every qualified professional equal footing and let the match do the work.
Do I have to use a specific scheduling tool?
We currently support Calendly links on consultant profiles. If you use a different scheduling tool, let us know during onboarding and we will work with you to find a solution. The goal is to use your existing workflow, not add another tool to your stack.
How do I submit a complaint?
If you experience an issue with a parent interaction, a platform feature, or anything else, reach out to us through the Contact page or email us directly. We review every report and will follow up with you.
